Take a last name and change it to its actual meaning
For example, there's a guy who who works on the Jeopardy game show named "Bob Sofia, which is of course the the capitol of Bulgaria. Hence his name would be changed to Bob Capitol Of Bulgaria.

Oliva Wilde - Oliva Uncivilized

Andy Dick - Andy Penis

Jeremy London - Jeremy Capitol of England

Scott Grimes - Scott Dirties
