Who is "Herb Schmidt" and why is he spamming me to death?

For my e-mail account that I use for family and close friends, somehow this doofus got my address. Bet it was from something my family sent me that I opened. I have put him in "block sender" but, if you check properties on these e-mails, there are so many addresses that it would be impossible to put then all on the list. Even the ones I 'blocked' turn up in my deleted folder I don't want to see his na.me

Is there are way that I don't know about that will keep these e-mails from being visible. The sender is always Herb Schmidt, and I sure am sick of seeing a dozen or more from him every day. Any way to block a senders name? That'd do it.

Spam is running wild in my Hotmail account also. If he finds me there, I can't imagine how to block him. Their process is cumbersome.

So, who knows Herb Schmidt, I need to give him a piece of my mind!...and it won't be very ladylike.
