3. I Have A Great Idea That's Even Better

Let's set up a system of outposts all over the world where guys on horses are on stand by to recieve messages and letters, then they ride to the next outpost handing off the letters to the next rider, sort of like a relay, and they do this all the way to the destination. If they have to go overseas, they can ride the horse onto a ship. I call it the "the pony express".
