Is it me, or does no one read the articles any more?

I mean, if you DO click through and read the article, you should get major, major points and be proud of yourself....

Anyone else notice people in the big forums just read the headline posted, maybe the lede paragraph, and don't actually click through to read the article itself?

They then post comments that reflect they didn't read even like the second sentence of the thing.

Why do you suppose that is?

I find myself in the video forum more and more, because I don't have cable. that's were I catch Olberman, Maddow, and TYT's. Who needs to read?

Just kiddin' about the reading. Usually after I scourge the board, I go searching the other 'Big Forums', for items of interest, and then I cruise through the lounge and leave a few comments. Then I feel all sorry for myself that I'm not the most popular person in the lounge.

Then I have a good cry. Then I read the articles.

It's a lot of damn hard work being such a good member.
