JVS' Brandy Sour recipe.
Pour 1 cup of bottled lemon juice into a pitcher. Real Lemon brand or store brand is fine.
Add 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
Pour 1 cup of cheap brandy. I use Christian Brothers', but I suppose E&J would do just fine. What is the difference between those two anyway? Event the bottle looks alike.
Pour 1 cup of water or club soda, whatever is handy
Stir.
Pour over ice, garnish if necessary.

This will yield about 24 ounces of beverage, so you might want to share.

Anyone else have drink recipes they'd care to share?
