I've found a most wonderful cheese

It's like freakin crack. I've looked a few places but the only one I've found that carries it is Trader Joe's. It is carmalized onions in sharp cheddar. Yeah yeah yeah, did not sound all that good to me either when I first heard but I swear, this stuff sooooo good.

1. I found some mango/ginger Stilton -- it's wonderful, though it sounds weird.
