1. I seem to recall that in Mr Smith, they find the filibuster like it's some arcane unknown thing.
Not something that's invoked every 14 minutes like the Party of No does today.

2. The "hearing" of Mr. Smith made me laugh out loud
because it was almost identical to my kangaroo termination hearing. My hearing was a total farce.
