How long fdoes it take mail to be forwarded?

I just recently moved (within the same city) and I had the forwarding order placed to begin forwarding mail on Nov 30. So far I have received nothing at the new place. I checked at the post office for my old address and they had nothing there. They suggesting the any mail that was forwarded would have been sent to a different post office.

The weird thing is, they put a "vacant" sticker on the box at my old address a week before I even moved out. So I would think I would have had that mail by now. The only thing I am concerned about is a Netflix DVD that was sent to my old address. I have since given Netflix my new address.

try sending yourself something to both addresses and see if you get either.
