My wife is going away for Thanksgiving day, staying the night. What
should I have to eat for my solo Thanksgiving?
(I am making the complete extravaganza for the day after for both of us.)

I'm thinking an Italian hoagie with hot peppers.....

Suggestions?

2. Cornish game hen with stuffing.
Wear magnifying glasses to make it look turkey sized.

4. Something Mrs old mark doesn't like and you never fix when..
she is home. When my hubby has bridge night, I always indulge myself with foods we would not prepare together. Little does he realize that I enjoy his bridge nights as much as he. :hi:

13. I do the same thing. I love the neapolitan pizza from this place couple minutes
from my house but my husband thinks it's too expensive so we never order it. Instead we waste time driving to a place that has pretty good, cheap pizza. I personally prefer to pay a little more and have really fantastic pizza. So when he is out, I indulge in my favorite pizza. The place is great too. They cook your pizza in about 2-3 minutes in this insanely hot oven (they won't even take phone orders because the pizzas cook too fast) and they offer you a glass of prosecco while you wait.

5. Chinese Buffet
I've been joking with my daughter about all the restaurants that have "Open Thanksgiving" signs in our town. I say we need to know in case Mother-In-Law gets mad at us before next Thursday and dis-invites us.

Hardees is also open.

6. Hoagie and peppers sounds good!
I'd be tempted to go with a t-bone myself, because that's what I like to have as a special treat - so go with whatever your favorite is!

7. Lobster
My favorite food on the planet, though I feel guilty for eating them and have never bought and prepared a live one. Costco sells them at a reasonable price.

8. Whatever is your favorite...
Italian sausage and peppers sounds good to me! I'm probably going solo, too. I was planning on grilling some salmon, but what you are having sounds even better!

9. Forgot to add I won't have a car, and would like something I don't have to cook too much.
I will be cooking a lot on Friday, making our T'day extravaganza.

But there are several sandwich/pizza shops nearby......
