Girlfriend couldn't spend much time with me last night. We just walked the dogs and I went home with the understanding we'd get together at noon today. Then at noon one of her pets got loose and we have delayed hooking up until 2pm.

This isn't a break up or anything because we've been FWB for about a year now. I don't call her: She calls me. Sure it seems strange at first and took some getting used to as I am a baby boomer and she is most decidedly a GenX'er. Guess that's a brag share.

I'm just an old hippie born in the fifties.

But Christ the freaking anticipation has my libido in overdrive the likes of which it hasn't seen since 1975. Thought I'd finally grown out of that kind of frustration, but no. Seems to bring back memories of meeting girls at teen pool parties. The ones where we boys would just about explode ourselves from sexual anxiety.

Some things don't change. I say we should have pity on men. Not me. Later today the dam should finally break. Unless there's an earthquake or something.

and I'm licking the chocolate off my fingers as I type. I tried to resist with every ounce of my soul and resistance I could but I failed.
The chocolaty goodness combined with the sweet nuts brought me to my knees. I think I need counseling. My husband is partially responsible though because he keeps bringing me home 6 packs when I've only asked for one.
