I have been eating nothing but carbs all week.
Seriously. Pretty much all I'm eating is sugary crap, pasta, rice, and some vegetables, mostly starchy ones.

This tends to happen to me when I'm in an emotional funk, but it's never happened to this extreme. I should really get some protein in me soon.

2. Eating that way won't help you get out of that funk, but you know that.
Just decide to switch to a diet that has fresh fruit, green vegetables, and protein instead. I know what you mean -- I veer towards white carbs when I'm in a funk too.

Try to get some fresh air --take a walk or a bike ride, just get that body moving.
