My little girl mini-dachshunds get under the blankets by themselves. They are in bed right now waiting for me. My little boy dachshund isn't as smart as the girls and I have to cover him up when I go to bed.

Very often, he will get help from a human, but it is amazing how well he can wrap himself up on his own!

They are always buried under a blanket somewhere in the house. Sometimes in the AM I have to help them untangle themselves from their blankies in their crate.

Bailey CAN do it, but the preferred method is to sit there and stare at us until we lift the blanket for him. Then he slides under the covers and sleeps between us.
