I just saw a credit card reader on the AIR pump at the gas station

I guess it's been a while since I've had to fill up a tire, but have air pumps accepted credit cards for long?

2. It's for Perrier Air - $5 a tire...a little expensive,
but it's refined air for the better people....

or for anyone too dumb to find a free air pump.

People actually prefer them, though. They can pay via bank card, cash (bills or change), or credit card. Plus you only need one machine where once you needed like 8 meters, so they cost less to maintain apparently.

They're turning all the old meter posts in to places for people to lock up bicycles.
