Paging Forkboy, re: Moon bombing. (dial-up warning)
I was further observing the moon after the 500 rigatoni cold-hydrogen-neutrino (Mark IV!) missile-bomb from NASA blew a new hole in it to crack it open and see if there's a pot of maple syrup (according to the theories of Dr. Hoagland, Esq. and Dr. von Braun) inside.

Of course, they killed the camera too by crashing it also, so that no evidence can be watched live on any NASA channel by innocent bystanders who still wonder if there is actually a moon, since nobody ever landed on it, there can't be one - otherwise, Columbus would have landed on it!
Good concept, but I already had my 12mm/.2ft Polaroid telescope aimed at the impact site and was - even it was cloudy and rainy here, today - able to shoot a few pictures of the area. You can guess my surprise after the three minutes I had to wait for the Polaroids to develop. Wewll, since there are three pictures, I had to wait nine minutes, to be scientific precise.

And since a word is better than thousand swords and one or two or even three pictures mightier than my Crayola, here are the pictures. I think we're all doomed. I apologize for the bad quality, but I got my telescope from eBay, and it was used and lacking the lenses, so I had to fix it with an old magnifying glass, because there was no money-back warranty:

No, that's Dune, left of the center of the Milky Way, upper right. There's no sand worms in our galaxy. Just water 'n dust.

21. I love Hoagland.
He lost me a bit in a hyperdimensional tunnel (he took the wrong turn, so a Haunebu IV had to get him back,) but other than that, I always enjoy his website and his deep insights and use of the photoshop hue filters!

Because he's a rocket scientist like I am, and I'll show you my rocket right here:

Too bad I can't find a decent Godzilla mesh ... :hi:

23. I used to read his website all the time.
I loved it, mostly for laughs, but it was still interesting in a WTF? kind of way. Same with the old Cyberspace Orbit website.

I used to have a good Godzilla mesh, one that could be posed enough to actually use, but it's long gone and the site I got it from is a distant memory. This one here that you're using is fairly useless. I tried a bunch of things with it to no avail. I can ungroup the model and try posing it, but the joints are too messed up to fix in post op. :)

I did these with the old mesh.

(yes, there was even a Ghidorah mesh....sigh, good times, my friend, good times....)

24. Yeah, the one I used
I can't even smooth out, and I didn't even bother with the joints. But I've seen some good meshes, but these darn elitist modelers never give them away or sell them. Like these gems:
http://www.ironsky.net/site/
Where the Haunebus are based on this mesh by a Russian artist:
http://www.rusring.net/~levin/levin3d/haunebu.htm

And he made also this:
http://www.rusring.net/~levin/levin3d/dz.htm

And, drum roll, this gem:
http://www.rusring.net/~levin/k7/k777.htm

Nice pics you posted! That really looks like the original Godzilla!
