Weed pollen season is upon us, and I am suffering mightily. Zyrtec can't even touch this. Tomorrow I am stocking up on Benadryl and plan on doping myself into a sneeze-free stupor until the end of October.

After 4 sneezing fits in the past 25 minutes I feel like I've been punched in the face (speaking from experience). One of those sneezes blew a hole through the tissue and somehow did a 180 and nailed my glasses.

Anyone got Prednisone? I'll trade you a testicle. With guaranteed potency, judging from the existence of my two sons.

2. As a long time seasonal allergy suffer
My I offer the following:

Neti pot treatments in the evening. This will serve to wash the allergans out of your nasal passages (can use more often if needed).

Get yourself a hepa unit for your bedroom (if you don't have a central HVAC system). If you have central HVAC upgrade the filter to a HEPA one.

Get yourself a perscription for a good nasal spray (I use Flonase myself)

Wear sunglasses outside to minimize the pollen in the eyes.

Finally when in the car keep the windows rolled up and the AC on recirculate.
