Rotten Tomatoes: The worst 100 movies since 2000
http://www.rottentomatoes.com/guides/worst_of_the_worst/

I have only seen 3-4 movies on that list. I don't know if that's good or bad. However, I can say that I have not seen a single film in the top 10.

What about you guys?

1. Well, I've seen a few of these...
Cheaper by the Dozen II-I only remember that Eugene Levy was in it...

The New Guy-all I recall is the broken penis part.

Surviving Christmas-all I recall is, a kid seeing his mom naked via the internet

Dragonfly-Kevin Costner was in it, don't really recall thinking it was bad though.

Larry the Cable Guy Health Inspector-hey, Biff Tannen was in it!

Soul Survivor-Eliza Dushku....

Feat Dot Com-total waste of time

Bless the Child-worthless

Rollerball-Chris Klein, I really don't like this guy

Battlefield Earth-wow, what can I say....

Did you rent any? Or (worse) pay to see any in the theater?

7. Possibly. She's already been noticed in Total Recall
The real question is why Verhoeven has been allowed to make as many movies as he's made, when his career should have begun and ended with Robocop.

I tend to give Sci-Fi a LOT of Leeway.

16. "The Sound of Thunder" review was on the money
The beginning is promising with the way they portray time travel but once the "time waves" start it turns into a special effects demonstration. It is too bad since the original Bradbury story was great and a good plot should have been used to a better result.

"Battlefield Earth" should have been much lower on their list!

18. I have never heard of most of these movies.
I have seen 7 of the 100: Yours, Mine & Ours, Cheaper by the Dozen 2, Christmas with the Cranks, Zoom, Meet the Spartans, Master of Disguise, and Superbabies: Baby Geniuses 2. Of those 7, I only watched Yours, Mine & Ours, Cheaper by the Dozen 2 and Christmas with the Cranks in their entirety. I have a low tolerance for bad movies.

23. Hmmm..
I've seen

-A Sound of Thunder (Ray Bradbury- what could possibly go wrong?)

Oh dear God, did they make ANOTHER redo of "Swept Away", with MADONNA!? Now we know what film is shown in the third circle of hell.

-In the Name of the King: A Dungeon Siege Tale (2008) A roommate played this one on DVD a while back. There was very little there at all..too bad because I like Jason in Crank and the Transporters.

-Happily N'Ever After (2007) This one hurt. It really hurt.
-Code Name: The Cleaner (2007) So I'm a masochist. Big deal.
-Battlefield Earth (2000) You have to see this because it is so truly absolutely horrific. Ed Wood stylee...
-Kickin' It Old Skool (2007) I did sound design on some of the music heard in this film. My sound design skills are not strong enough to, alone, save a movie...
-Epic Movie (2007) As I said, I'm a masochist.
-Alone in the Dark (2005) Worth it for one of the worst bits of dialogue/readings ever. Real crap here.

Well, what are you gonna do.

Literally.I was in a motel just off I 40 on a trip out west and it was train wreck bad. I could see it becoming a cult status film.

In your favor, the sound did match the era(s) and that little skinny kid is a hell of a breakdancer.

27. Hmmm....I've only seen a few and most of them only in parts
56: Because I Said So -I agree with this choice. One of the worst rom coms I've ever seen and that's saying something. I really felt sorry for Diane Keaton -such a talented actress wasted in such a craptacular movie

29: Bless This Child -Only saw some of this and already realized its non-potential

21: Epic Movie: Deserves its place. They could have spoofed the whole genre a lot better than this

Why are Gigli and Swept Away so low though?

28. I've seen...
...Serving Sara (#62), Half Past Dead (#19), and Ballistic: Ecks vs. Sever (#1). I walked out halfway through Master of Disguise (#18) because it was as intolerable as the Bush pResidency.

This list couldn't be more flawed. Even if Master of Disguise wound up having the best ending of any movie ever made, it was still significantly worse than Ecks vs. Sever. Serving Sara wasn't very funny but really doesn't belong an a "worst of the decade" list, and Half Past dead was at least average where action movies are concerned.

35. Looks like I've seen nine of them, and not all were horrible
I wouldn't say any of those I've seen were good, certainly, but not all were horrible--they were mostly the kinds of movie that almost no critic is likely to recommend, but not so bad that they'd get zero stars or one star.

Of the ones on the list that I've seen, Master of Disguise is, by far, the worst (even though it's listed at #17 and I also saw Strange Wilderness, which is in the top 10).

How bad is Master of Disguise? Imagine a fawning biopic about John McCain, starring Dennis Hopper as McCain, Paris Hilton as Sarah Palin, and Charlton Heston's corpse as George W. Bush. Directed by Adam Sandler. It would probably still be a better movie than Master of Disguise.

41. Let's see...
#94: The New Guy- OK, this is certainly no classic, but I found it pretty watchable for for whatever reason. It combines an underdog story with hit-or-miss comedy and the hotness of Eliza Dushku. I've seen worse.

#66: The Fog- All right, I figured my willingness to not be particularly discerning in choosing to view horror movies might get me. And yeah, this movie is pretty bad. Sadly, it's one I actually saw at the theater. I've heard the original is actually decent, but I've never seen it.

#63: Yours, Mine, and Ours- I saw this one with my mother and sister when they came to visit me in college. Not one I would have picked on my own, but I remember it being relatively harmless.

#58: Christmas with the Kranks- Another one I saw with family members that I wouldn't have picked on my own, but didn't mind all that much.

#56: Because I Said So- Watched this one on TV when I had very little going on. Pretty bad, but I have sat through more than one not-so-great movie due to having a bit of a thing for Mandy Moore. License to Wed, anyone? haha

#43: Darkness- This horror movie has a great creepy atmosphere; the title is very applicable. I remember little about it except that the ending confused the hell out of me. I don't think I ever figured out exactly what happened or what it meant.

My one top tenner! #2: One Missed Call- I actually saw this one at the theater even knowing about it's 0% Rotten Tomatoes! I've never been accused of having impeccable taste in movies, but I honestly don't know why this movie scored so badly with the critics. It's an average horror movie that kept me entertained and even creeped me out a little.

Yu-Gi-Oh -- My son was about eight years old at the time. Don't waste your time unless you have a young child and even then I would suggest getting him hooked on crystal meth rather than spend a zillion dollars on endless stacks of trading cards they will wind up in his sock drawer a few years from now.

Twisted -- Bought it (cheap) on DVD. It really and truly sucks. Totally idiotic plot. I can't believe Samuel L. Jackson let himself get roped into this stinker.
