The four on the column on the right jumped right out. I had to concentrate a little to be sure there were in fact 4 circles in each of the 4 columns. Total of 16. I think.

6. I can see 16
but it took a while. Now I see them almost instantly.

I would love to make a real door in that pattern but I doubt that rendering it in real life and viewed in natural light would preserve the effect.
