Say what you will about William Shatner (no really, say anything you want), but the man is willing to humiliate himself for a performance. He just loves acting that much–almost as much as he loves mountains. This video qualifies for a OMG (Oh My Gosh!) an LOL (Lots Of Love!) and a LMBO (Laugh My Butt Off!), but mostly a WTH (What The HECK?!?). We know both the ’60s and the future are weird, and “Star Trek” is from both, but what is going on here? We mean, what is going on besides complete awesomeness?

4. Yep...I was a big "Wild Wild West" fan...

...I've also seen him recently in the "Cinematic Titanic" (Joel, Frank, Trace, J. Elvis & Mary Jo from MST3K) version of "Frankenstein's Castle Of Freaks."

If people rolled with the premise, they'd figure out how cruel Parmen and his lot were.

Of course, real Trek was sci-fi before everything turned into earth-centric, big-budget soap operas of zero intellectual depth... maybe that's why the person you quoted was unable to figure it out...
