2. I didn't really start liking Eric until this season.

Now he and Sam have become the strongest characters, IMO.

10. At first I was disappointed in their choice of actor, but now I love him.

I think it's because he didn't talk that much the fist season. He really has a compelling voice so now I've been won over.

Plus, I had a picture in my head of him when I was reading the books, and he doesn't match. But now he IS the picture in my head. So, all's well.

I like so many of them.

I'm waiting for them to bring in Claudia and Claude. Well, Claude more for the wife. But I'd love to see who they'd cast for both parts.

For now it's a tossup between Lafayette and Eric, though I like Tara a lot too. (Though I really want the whole fucking Maryann storyline to END).

they said he originally auditioned for Bill but I couldn't see him playing that part. Having read 2.5 of the books so far - Eric Northman was built to a "T" for Alexander Skarsgård.
