What actors or actresses do you miss?
I don't know why, but I really miss Robert Urich.

There are many others I miss too, but I thought of him today when I saw him narrating "When Animals Attack." For some reason, he always seemed like such a nice man.

3. I didn't know he died
I have a really difficult time following entertainment news.

Johnny Carson once talked about how a person knows they are getting old when he/she doesn't know any of the people on the cover of People magazine. That's how I feel lately.

13. Marilyn Monroe
It would have been fascinating (and maybe instructive) to see how she would have coped with aging. And how would she have reacted to things like feminism if she had just lived a few years longer? (She died in 1962.) It would be interesting to know.

I used to work for someone related to Carolyn McCormick, who acted with Urich on Spencer for Hire. Apparently he was indeed a very nice man.
