Who has a party with a live band in an apartment on a weeknight?
My next door neighbor, apparently.

It's fine now. But I have to go to sleep at 10 if I want to be functional at work tomorrow...and I am not loving the thought of this going on until midnight or so.

Hey, at least I have earplugs.

7. nah, you pretty much need a house for that -

and on a week-night? Only folks who live in college districts, from my experience. Even then a visit from the cops seems likely.
