Poll question: Meme of the day - synchronicity or conspiracy
Today it's variations on "Dutch Oven". How do these things get started? Synchronicity (eg. great minds think alike or some sort of telepathy), or conspiracy (eg. M.A.T.C.O.M.)?

I'm just in the middle of wading through a book about Jung's theories of Synchronicity and Religion and a great deal of it rings true. It may even provide the key to telekinesis. Granted, I think Jung when kind of overboard. Apparently, during his sessions he would ascribe every external noise that intruded to some sort of synchronistic event.

1. To quote Repo Man
"you'll be thinking about a plate, or a shrimp, and someone says plate of shrimp. It's all part of the Cosmic Unconsciousness."

"You take a lot of acid in the 60s, Miller?"
