If Conservito is taken not as a latin word per se, but as a proper name, say, of a conservative group, this could be a poorly constructed latin sentence, with a lot of errors, that roughly means: Conservito should be wiped out for they would wipe out the world. That's just a guess. I'm not exactly sure how to properly phrase that, but this is a try:

Conservito delendum est quia orbem terrarum delere conaturi sunt.
