MUD'S WINE CHICKEN

Muddy was served this dish while in Europe. He asked for the recipe, and once back at home, he customized the directions to suit his own style.

* 1 medium chicken, cut up and washed
* tsp salt
* tsp garlic salt
* tsp black pepper
* tsp seasoning*
* cup diced onions
* cup white wine

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken in baking dish, skin side up. Add the remaining ingredients and bake for 1 hour, until golden brown. Baste occassionally. The wine should reduce down to a savory sauce.

*(Note: Muddy used Accent. We recommend no-salt Spike as a health conscious alternative)

Got it from his website so I'm gonna make it tonight. And fuck the "health conscious alternative" bs, I'm using the Accent.

9. Kielbasa was great!
I know how to cook more interesting dishes, but these kind are so home down that I love them too much. I have had too much fancy schmancy cooking in the past, I'm on a "basics" kick.

7. Spike's not a good substitute for Accent -
Accent is nothing but MSG.

You can just skip it. Spike is going to change the whole dish.......................
