3. I totally get the whole morbid curiosity thing -

but I lived in tornado alley for years. When you've got a family at home that depends on you, getting your adrenaline fix by filming a tornado is just about the dumbest thing you can do. I kept thinking of the TTU Wind Science and Engineering Research vids I've seen of 4x4 pieces of wood being driven almost completely through a wall. You can't hide from that kind of wind power just by shutting a door. It's monumentally stupid. If you're really that much of an adrenaline junkie, go sky diving or bungee jumping. Or troll GD for a bit. But filming a tornado just a few hundred yards away? That's just asking for death.
