Poll question: Could the eating of photo cake be considered an act of simulated cannibalism?

I attended a birthday party this afternoon where some good intentioned soul had the, IMO, very bad idea to order a cake with the photographic image of my cousin printed on a thin sheet of icing as the cake topper/decoration and just couldn't bring myself to eat the offered piece of cake with her left breast on it. :puke:
