Where's the funniest place your cat has ever taken a nap?
I had this little decorative napkin basket, designed to hold standard square napkins. It was all pretty, and plushy covered in floral fabric and lace. Well my cat just couldn't resist it and claimed it as her bed. I used to have a picture of it. I wish I could find it. Anyway here's some funny pics of creative napping places for kitties.

(this one's my fave!)

This kitty looks a lot like my kitty who liked to sleep in the napkin basket. Kitty doppelganger

1. I had a cat who liked to sleep in the sink.
And I've got one right now who has taken up napping in my vegetable garden and then gets all peeved when she gets watered.

3. Mine sleeps in his litter box whenever I change it.
He goes in, digs around, then plops down and crashes.

5. My parents used to have a Siamese who used to try to curl up in the cast iron frying pan...
...that was on the stove. (After it had been washed out, of course.)

I guess it was the right size, plus it was over a pilot light, so that made it nice and warm.

This same cat would find a way to jump up on the top of the any open door, balance there, and sleep.

8. Both of mine love to sleep on the computer monitor because it is warm.
I used to have several corner shelves going up the corner beside my desk. They got smaller as they went up. Both cats used to pick a shelf and sleep there. All in all I think my cats prefer height rather than cuddliness.

10. On top of the cable box
like the computer monitor, it's warm.

Thing was, Mom wanted to order a Grateful Dead New Year's show on pay-per-view and tape for me for a present. Next morning, there's Kwan Yin, curled up atop the cable box. Dark thoughts soon entered Mom's mind, and sure enough, Kwanny had changed the channel when she settled down on the box!

So Mom had to order it again the next night, and keep Kwanny with her in the bedroom...
