OK, NOW whatthehell am I supposed to do?

My kitchen is full of debris from baking, I've got three half-finished sewing projects sitting on my sewing machine. The yard is BURGEONING and I've got to go to Lowes to get lumber and vinyl picket fence sections as well a few other errands...
and there's a knock at the door. FedEX has a package...it's my order from Amazon.com! :bounce:

WHAT DO I DO FIRST?!
I've got too many toys to play with!
