Lawsuit Claims 'Dallas' Star Pulled Gun on Maid

LOS ANGELES -- Actress Victoria Principal is being sued for allegedly pulling a gun on a maid.

Maribel Banegas, a former maid at Principal's Malibu home, accuses the former Dallas star of threatening her kill her.

Banegas says Principal was enraged by how long it took her to walk the dog.

According to the suit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Victoria fired Banegas on the spot.

Banegas says when she asked for her final check, Principal went upstairs and returned with a gun instead.

The suit claims Principal "verbally threatened to kill plaintiff"... and asked another housekeeper who was present "to stand aside in order that she could kill the plaintiff."
