STFU! He just hit his second HR of the night (a monster one too) AND he has a 16 game hitting streak, longest this year:woohoo:

1. Good. 8 more big contracts, and you might have a team.

2. I don't think I've ever made fun of Ryan Zimmerman's contract.
I have, however, made fun of the fact that their color announcer could pitch in their bullpen.

7. I started watching the game after I saw this thread.
The Phillies have the bases loaded with one out, down by four, and Ryan Howard is up. This has the potential to be another epic meltdown by the Natinals, and it's only the 5th inning.

5. Hey, I've not made any negative comments. OTOH, he is becoming more valuble
to replace A-Roid in the Skankees line up.

No way. I refuse to believe it. As much as I mock the Natinals, there's no way I would believe that they just gave up their second grand slam of the game to blow an 8th inning lead. It didn't just happen. This is unreal.

14. Yeah, that's like talking about a no-hitter.
You don't do it until the game is over. I'm watching the Phillies broadcast, and I'm not sure they can believe it, either.
