A little affirmation please
OK, I admit it ... I slipped out of the Lounge and have been roaming GD-P and elsewhere without an escort. From now on before I answer something over there I will stick my head back in here and see if I can get some backup. Buddy System and all of that.

Anyway, there was a post in LBN about the High Court in England sighting Obama's release of records and demanding the same from their govt. I got chill bumps.

Everybody else responded in their usual jaded fashion that this was going to open up the whole torture thing, or how everyone was involved, etc.

No one responded to my post.

What I immediately got from the article was this: After 8 long and, pardon the pun, tortuous years, a high court in another nation is looking at the actions of our POTUS and essentially saying "Do what that guy did."

from the article:
Noting that President Barack Obama had released highly sensitive documents tracing the decisions on torture during the Bush administration's war on terror, the high court judges voiced exasperation that the British government hasn't acted in what they said was the British public interest in being similarly open.

many of you know that I have had quite a few pain issues lately and taking medication. This unaccustomed feeling of respect - its better than vicodin!
