12. A lot of things...

I have a bundle of nerves wrapped around my spinal cord *and* a bone spur, basically. Had a Rhizotomy last Monday, but now it feels like I have someone riding piggy back on my shoulders and neck (that's the best way I can describe it). Hopefully, the numbing of the nerves will be worth it... if the soreness ever wears off! :hug:

I can relate with bone spurs, but not with nerves wrapped around your spinal cord. :( :( :( Hopefully the Rhizotomy will have a positive effect; I'm no doctor but I'm wondering why they couldn't have given a localized corticosteroid injection prior to to prevent inflammation of the muscles... I'm sure it'll be worth it once that soreness dissipates. As long as the soreness doesn't get worse...

15. Well, I already had the maximum number of steroid shots...

the doc said any more would probably cause Osteoporosis.
