I didn't, figuring Connecticut was unstoppable, but the Iowa State women are hanging in! Elite Eight!!!!

2. I meant to...

The Lady Panthers are out already, but both PItt Panther teams had a good run.

UConn is so dominant, but I was rooting for the Arizona State team. They are pretty damn good and their point guard is a pleasure to watch. I really like watching Stanford, too, but are they even still in the running? Jayne Appel and her team-mates are also quite impressive.

4. I used to work with Vivian Stringer's brother in law and sisters
george was one of my best friends. I love Vivian. Wonderful woman. So I always cheer for 1) a team from Iowa and 2) Rutgers then 3) Illinois (Jolette Law played at Iowa under Stringer) but always I cheer for whoever plays Connecticut. I would love to see the women's game get to the point where Tennessee and Connecticut aren't automatics.
Brenda Friese is doing a great job at Maryland. Whatta game Saturday. Coleman literally threw them on her back.
Tara VanderVeer is about ready to reel one in also. If she can get by the 'Clones tonight.

6. I missed the Ariz. State- Stanford game!

I could kick myself! :grr: I love watching those 2 teams.

I get tired of UConn's dominance, but I admit to a fondness for Tennessee.

5. I filled out several brackets
ESPN allows up to 10 entries. I had one bracket that was doing well but I picked Rutgers to win. Another bracket isn't doing too bad either...I have UConn winning in this one.
