4. I did go to the school

and, I wrote for Husky Blue & White (a magazine dedicated to UConn sports that was around for several years in the 90s)

and, I avidly supported both men's & women's soccer at UConn and women's hoops, and went to dozens of soccer games... heck, I had season tickets for the women for 4 years (until the year after they won the championship the first time)

so, it's not that I did it out of obligation - I have genuine interest.
