Since you clicked on this thread I'll tell you.

The manager called me up, personally, apologized for the 45 minute+ wait, and offered me a pie on the house.

That, my friends, is customer service.

the pizza pie in question took around 45 minutes to arrive at my house. (not so bad)

then, i got a call the next day from the manager offering me a free pizza pie. (carryout)

I called up and asked if they could deliver it, because I don't have a car, received a positive response (with delivery charge)

pizza pie arrived at my house.....total was $1.75

that rocks! - considering i didn't complain the first time around, and they didn't hassle me about the carryout only stipulation

i called up the place and told the manager how much i appreciated his candor, etc. He couldn't be nicer. That is true customer service.
