Anybody else find it gratifying to pop the little bubbles in bubble-wrap with
their fingers?

It makes my wife crazy.

But I would probly do it anyway.

1. Ever jump on those big air bags they put in a lot of
boxes of books from Amazon?

It's oddly satisfying but it scares the cat.

10. Yeah, wow, those things are loud if you do it right.
They absolutely terrorize Gus da mutt.

I never figured out why Amazon does that, why they pack a little book in a big box & ship it with all that bagged air.

5. The beagle loves to walk on it and make 'em pop!
She'll grab bubble wrap out of my hands, or take it out of a box when a package comes. Scares the cats to death, but the beag has a good time!

6. Popping bubbles in bubble wrap: BLISS
BUT, it makes the dogs attack the noise. Gets a little chaotic when I do it, but hilarious.

7. My Maine Coon Oberon is OBSESSED with popping bubble wrap
Every time a box comes to the house he has to check it out-as it's being opened-to look for bubble wrap. He gets a bit miffed if there are just styrofoam peanuts inside, but if there's bubble wrap he snags it and starts a-popping! He won't stop until EVERY LAST bubble is popped. luckily, I'm not annoyed by it like your wife is. ;-)

"Got bubble wrap"?

No matter what I order, which is rare(budget), I look forward to popping those things almost as much as I look forward to whatever I ordered.
