When I was 20, my girlfriend's mom killed herself, and I developed a pacing habit because of it for a few years.

This is worse than that.

No funny habits or anything, just a lot of shit for a 50 year old man to face.

Oh well.

Physical and mental. Can't begin to even talk about it. Typing helps, so no response is fine. I'm probably off to bed soon anyway. If I let it all out, I would write a book.
