Not that it can...

But in addition to Herpes, he also has a nasty Heroin, Coke and Alcohol addiction that he's not quitting

Again, I cannot verify any of this with links, but only anecdotal evidence...

2. You do of course know that Neil is the real father of the twins.
The shrub's pickled gherkin wasn't up to the job and Laura figured Neil was available while the shrub was passed out drunk. They don't even look like the shrub - they look like Neil.
