I want to recommend a movie..."The Martian Child" with John Cusack.

It is a great little picture and I'm thoroughly in love with it. Children can see it too. The film has a lot of sweetness and heart with stellar performances by all. Well worth seeing and leaves a lot for all us humans (and aliens) to think about.

1. We saw it last night. I thought it was excellent

Touching, good story, great acting. Especially the little kid.

2. That little guy is one excellent actor.

My favorite little scene was his delivery of the request for coffee after the meeting with the child welfare people. It was just pitch perfect, as were several other little scenes with him in the film. I hope to see more of him. I did check out his filmography on imbd and he's been a busy little performer for a while.

3. I also thought it was poignant and well acted.

The movie is based on David Gerrold's, real experiences as a single parent.
