6. I usually buy mine outside the grocery store when the GS are there

and then hand out what I buy to the people who walk out behind me.... so I don't have all those calories to bring home and eat.

7. My parents have an quarter of a mile driveway

well maybe not that long, but it's long and uphill!

Every year they used to come up and sell my Mother cookies.

One year it was just my Step-Father who was home when they came to the door. He declined to purchase any.

My Mother got MAD!! She told him,"When kids come all the way up here to sell candy and cookies, you buy some!"

12. dunno how one can turn down those adorable little girls

I have a cute story - I work nights and was awakened by knocking on my door at noon.....I opened the door and there were two tiny girl scouts - I looked like hell, hair wild - standing further back was what I assumed to be a father - he said to me, oh I'm SO sorry - come on girls, let's go - I said hey wait a minute - whatchoo got there - COOKIES? Ended up buying a few boxes. Hell, they woke me up so - make it worth my while you know? :D
