A friend/makeout buddy of mine has announced that she's engaged.

She's 19. And not-quite-officially engaged to a girl who lives in Puerto Rico that she's never met in real life.

She dropped this on me last night. And wants my approval. Jesus. I mean, I know her judgement's not the greatest, but I thought it was better than that. FML

Also, she didn't even tell me she was "seeing" someone until last night. Why am I always the one people want to fool around with behind their partner's back?

I meant that I'm the one people like to fool around with when they ALREADY HAVE a partner. Not that I have delusions of actually being their partner.
