3. What is White Tea?
I love green teas - they taste a lot lighter than the heavy black teas.

Does white tea have caffeine?

4. About 5 mg less caffeine per serving than green tea.
And while both green tea and white tea don't go through the fermentation process that black teas do, white tea doesn't have the "grassy taste" that green tea has. Check your PM, please.
