4. OK, low-carb has gone too far

Disclaimer: I'm big on low-carb eating. I started the Atkins plan two years ago come July. I am now down 23 lbs since then and have kept it off, even with uneven exercise attempts.

But really? Is it such a big deal to eat regular bread and communion wafers? I don't know about catholic and episcopal churches, but we presbys get just a small token piece. It's not like you're eating an entire serving of bread at communion. :eyes:

I will say however, that communion usually just makes me hungry (part of the carb problem for me in general). It's like a holy appetizer. :crazy: :P
