1. Re:Computer

Losing a material possession would not bother me so much,
because they are things that can usually be easily replaced.

But if something ever happened to a loved one,or my cat,
it would shatter my world.

But if I did have to pick one material possession,I would have
to go with my computer.

The computer is often my link to the outside world,
because I lack opportunity,and the computer helps me
feel normal.

I went without the net once for 3 months,because I could not afford the repairs my computer required right away.

It was not the end of the world,but I was so happy and thankful
when I got my computer back.:)

2. I don't have a small possession like that

that would hurt me badly to lose. I just have one big one. My condo. I've bounced around from place to place ever since I moved out of mom and dad's when I was 22. I have finally found the right place. It has everything I need plus some. It's cheap. It's located in a nice area. It's convenient. It's perfect for me. The only way I'm moving out of here is if I fall on really hard times. At 36 I've finally found my place.

10. My belt buckle

It belonged to my great-great grandfather and was part of his Civil War uniform. It's one of a kind (there are other Civil War belt buckles out there but none of them belonged to my ancestor).

farm in Kentucky around 1850 or so) and a piece of antique silver which was a wedding present to my grandfather's grandparents, also around 1850.
