5. It is killing me. I am used to having her by my side all day.

She's just precious!!!

I have a daughter, now 25, who began attending a carefully selected daycare when she was just five weeks old. I am a firm believer that daycare (when handled properly) is a great thing.

The children learn so much!

6. I don't really have an option. She has to go.

I have been lucky so far. I have been able to bring her to work with me. Her spot became available today. This daycare is the pricey daycare around here, but a long time family friend works there and that gives me such peace of mind.

16. i was lucky that my husband worked at home and I hired someone to watch

my son when he was a toddler, prior to finding a very cool daycare.
