My printer won't let me install it
It will let me disagree with the licensing agreement but not agree with it.

1. Scroll to the bottom of the agreement page.

If I may guess the agreement is set into the page and there is a scroll bar on the side. Once it is at the end of the agreement the agree to button will show.

2. I did
I clicked on Agree -- nothing. I clicked on Disagree and it took me back to the start page. I can't get any farther than that.

I installed it with no problem on my old laptop but the new one (Dell Latitude E6400) won't let me install the printer (Espson Stylus CX7400 Series). I took the disc out and reinserted it too.

I'm stumped.

3. Well my next suggestion would be to download new drivers...
http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/support/supDetail.js...

making sure they are correct for your OS version.

4. problems here too
I have an older Dell, and the Epson Stylus CX9400fax
and can't install any printer any more.
The "add printer" part just vanished.
Think my dell is just going to croak soon.
never again.

5. It might be time for a data backup and a clean reinstall from CD
it sounds like it is a old machine that needs a digital refreshing.

6. It's brand new
I have to have the administrator install the drivers and then I think it will be okay. It's from work for me to use at home so I'm not the administrator.
