I wish the new album had Shake The Devil on it - but I love the Another World EP anyway...

If you want something new to try I highly recommend them:

Epilepsy is dancing

Epilepsy is dancing
Shes the Christ now departing
And Im finding my rhythm
As I twist in the snow

All the metal burned in me
Down the brain of my river
That fire was searching
For a waterway home

I cry glitter is love!
My eyes pinned inside
With green jewels
Hanging like Christmas stars
From a golden vein

As I came to a screaming
Hold me while Im dreaming
For my fingers are curling
And I cannot breathe

Then I cried in the kitchen
How Id seen your ghost witching
As a soldering blue line
Between my eyes

I cry glitter is love!
My eyes
Pinned inside
Sea green jewels
Hanging like Christmas stars
From a golden vein

Cut me in quadrants
Leave me in the corner
Oh now its passing
Oh now Im dancing

21. Epilepsy is Dancing!
I was busy with OBAMA so my best friend got the cd the day before me, and Epilepsy is Dancing is the song he emailed me first! But then I got my own so now I've listened to it all, repeatedly!

I have tickets to see him in 2 weeks and I want to get there early and get front row but I know he'll make me cry and I don't want to be sobbing in the front row the whole time

8. TDS repeat from last night.
We don't get tonight's feed until midnight. Damn freaking Cox Cable. I know people with satellite get it earlier in the evening but I'm n not one of them.

I had watched part of it -- the part with Bishop Robinson -- earlier in the day. He sure zinged Stewart with the chess comeback.

Edited on Wed Jan-21-09 10:55 PM by Tangerine LaBamba
And it really got Stewart, didn't it?

I'm with Comcast, and we get TDS at 11 pm EST. That midnight showing time just sucks.

Fortunately, Comedy Central rebroadcasts these shows three times the day after. And there's always them Internet tubes..........

;)

17. just the same old silly radio songs
"Wake Me Up When September Ends"

Summer has come and passed
The innocent can never last
wake me up when September ends

like my father's come to pass
seven years has gone so fast
wake me up when September ends

here comes the rain again
falling from the stars
drenched in my pain again
becoming who we are

as my memory rests
but never forgets what I lost
wake me up when September ends

summer has come and passed
the innocent can never last
wake me up when September ends

ring out the bells again
like we did when spring began
wake me up when September ends

here comes the rain again
falling from the stars
drenched in my pain again
becoming who we are

as my memory rests
but never forgets what I lost
wake me up when September ends

Summer has come and passed
The innocent can never last
wake me up when September ends

like my father's come to pass
twenty years has gone so fast
wake me up when September ends
wake me up when September ends
wake me up when September ends

OH WAIT! IT'S PINK! "SO WHAT" anyone want to fight?

18. Van Morrison (of course!) ....A Brand New Day
When all the dark clouds roll away
And the sun begins to shine
I see my freedom from across the way
And it comes right in on time
Well it shines so bright and it gives so much light
And it comes from the sky above
Makes me feel so free makes me feel like me
And lights my life with love

And it seems like and it feels like
And it seems like yes it feels like
A brand new day, yeah
A brand new day oh

20. Jonatha Brooke "The Works" & Astor Piazzolla "La Historia del tango" Vol 1.
the Brooke CD takes Woodie Guthrie's Words and combines them with Jonatha Brooke's music. It's very good.

Piazolla is the master of the Tango. Nuff said.
