How do you know when it's time to say good bye?
When a friendship is hurting one person or the other?

When there's nothing more to say?

How can a person ever be certain the time is right?

1. Aw, honey.....
If you find that out, let me know, k?

Maybe "goodbye" isn't needed; but instead, just taking a breather to see how you feel about things later.

Just my two pennies.

2. Knowing when to end a friendship
I recently had to end a friendship with someone, and it was not easy.

If you are having doubts and bad feelings about a friend, and it happens constantly, then it is time to let them go.

I even told my friend how I felt, and gave her an opportunity to change her ways, hoping she would appreciate me,and thinking she actually valued our friendship.

But,she was quite narcissistic, and basically used me.

Oh well,friends are overrated.....

5. Thanks
I go through phases where I think I need a lot of friends, and then other times when I'm perfectly happy with my cats as companions.

6. Yeah
You are right. Nothing a person can do about growing in a different direction. I hope I remember your new username, btw!
