Or, probably, rather Vincent, and you go by Vinnie. And "Vinnie" was taken when you joined, so you went with a backwards version.

actually in real life no one calls me Vinnie. (Vince)

I have been using the 'net since '95 and early on I used einniv for the very reason you described (not here, somewhere else).

I have found that I can almost always use it and have it not taken!!

Oh damn, hope I didn't give away my secret!!

bitch finding a good name that wasn't taken on AOL even back then, I recall...trick was thinking of something no one else had so you wouldn't be stuck with numbers at the end...
