When Makeup Attacks -

(Unreal Press) 1-12-09 Aging sex symbol Pamela Anderson was attacked recently by a rouge mascara case as she was driving down the road. At press time, she was still in a state of shock and was reported to be resting comfortably at home.

3. Why is it...
that the most beautiful women end up smearing on the eyeliner when they age? (ex: Elizabeth Taylor, Brigitte Bardot). It's really weird. She used to be so pretty. Now she looks like a female, female impersonator. Even so, I wouldn't mind looking like her, but the first thing I'd do is take out those DD implants and rub some Ponds over my face.

11. WTF is UP with this "blade runner black" look?
I saw a woman with a similar style of warpaint, and I thought it was the result of rubbing her eyes.

12. Holes burned in blankets
was how my mother used to describe the eyes of the mascara addict.

I've always been grateful not to have the type of looks I wanted to Botox and collagen into permanence.

It's hard not to feel sorry for her.

17. "You look like two holes burned in a blanket!" -- clear as a bell I can hear it, 50 years later!
Watching women around me struggle so valiantly against "losing their looks" has made me very grateful I never had any looks to lose.

18. It continues to amaze me...
that women, as they age...begin to cake on the make up. Thinking, I guess that they can maintain a youthful "face" when, in fact it just makes them look older and accentuates the lines and wrinkles...and really makes them just look like old clowns. I say this as a woman of 68. Almost every woman that I know who is my age...or over 60 does the same thing and reverts to the make up of their youth....only thinker and more of it. A good many also seem to think that a right of passage into the 60s means to pluck out all of their eye brows...and then draw them back on in a sort of high arch semi circle that gives them a look of quizical suprise at all times. Then their is the bright red lipstick...ughhhhhh! Hahahaha...sorry for the rant!

24. The most radiant women fully accept their bodies and the aging process
as natural. A genuine smile and self-love in spite of the loss of superficial externals, is a lovely thing.
